Founded by celebrity stylist Rob Zangardi, Auter is a luxury outerwear brand launching in October 2025, dedicated to redefining the coat as the centerpiece of modern style. Drawing on more than two decades of experience creating iconic looks for Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Gwen Stefani, and Kerry Washington, Zangardi brings unmatched expertise in tailoring, fabric, and design to both men’s and women’s collections. Auter blends Italian craftsmanship with modern sensibility, delivering sculptural wool coats, technical gabardines, plush shearlings, and faux furs that merge style, comfort, and quiet confidence.

 

Rob Zangardi began designing coats for himself, seeking pieces that were luxurious yet versatile, relaxed yet structured. Over a five-year journey collaborating with Italian factories producing for top luxury houses, he refined the Auter collection to offer uncompromising quality at accessible price points ($900–$1,600). Each piece features thoughtful proportions, pillow-soft fabrications, and signature details like a matching baseball cap—a nod to Zangardi’s personal dressing style, connecting a shared “club” of wearers through fashion.
